I think what he's trying to say that it could've been a little more preventable. Of course it isn't the fathers 'fault', he and his family should be able to ride in any type of vehicle they want, care free. But the reality of it is, they can't. You can't tell me if he didn't have those ugly @#$ swangaz on that this still would've happened.

Maybe I don't get it but I would still place 100% of the blame on the shooter. The father did nothing wrong. Heck they could have just stole the spokes without murking the kid what justification did they have to steal AND kill? .
