He can win MVP every year as long as he never wins another Super Bowl in the post-Spygate era.

That argument about Vick not playing every game is so tired, if that was the reason then why did Troy P. get defensive player of the year? He missed several games, and missed several tackles in alot of games recently. Clay Matthews should have had that award. I don't have much of a problem with Brady getting MVP, but unanimously though? I think the biggest thing of BS is the hoodie getting coach of the year, what about Mike Smith, the coach of the Bucs, hell even the Cheifs coach?Originally Posted by Rolaholic

Vick got comeback player of the year though and he didn't even play every game and started slowing down at the end of the year. no one had a season like Brady and was as consistent throughout and all the voter agree. He didn't even win it unanimously in '07 (Favre got a vote) so this shows how great a season he had.

And Belichik(sp?) should have?? He didn't do anything new with that team, no way should he have won the award. Why not give it to a coach that has led a team to a huge improvement over their previous year.

He took a bunch of no name and of young players, especially on defense, and got them to being able to blow out the top teams in the league and have the best record in the regular season . He traded away the best deep threat receiver in the league and the offense didn't skip a beat and actually got even better and finished as the #1 ranked offense in the league. With all that on top of injuries and an absolute BRUTAL schedule they still finished with 14 wins. What other Coach had to change their game plan that much and still have that much success???Originally Posted by airblaster503
