This series of videos reminds me of some random wild videos you'd see in Russia. How is it that these people are out in public dealing drugs, acting crazy, stealing/assaulting businesses on the regular and there isn't a police presence?
This "mall" reminds me of Lexington Market in Baltimore. There are drug dealers there and that whole block is kinda iffy, but usually people are out and out blatant about it, although it seems people are getting more bold over the last five years or so out there.

dude is pretty tame and it takes alot to keep your cool when someone is saying what bus you get on after work and threatening your life..

the security guard is wrong for the way he carried it.  Kick them out, and if they keep coming back then go from there and report it or call the cops

but walking out to the street and confronting folks, and antagonizing the whole thing once they're out is where he's wrong

he's escalating things instead of trying to calm it down.

he's just looking for a reason to use that little taser, just like in the other video
