I’m about 28% off the highs. At this point I’m gonna ratchet it up a few points to make sure I’m getting more money in at these (and even much lower) prices and dial it back down in a few months. Gotta make sure not to max out before the last paycheck to get the full company match.

yeah I was at us foods picking up an order, I think only half their drivers were working.

i feel for the people laid off, I’m laid off and my wife will be soon if mn goes to total lock down.

Anybody out here trying to buy a house? They say rates are literally amost 0%. I saw Chevy and maybe Nissan IIRC offering 0% loans on cars up to 7 yrs too. Of course, it's very unstable, but if you have some stability one could really come up on a deal. I wish I could refinance my rent house down there into 0%, would cut like 18yrs off payments
