It's non-transferable, meaning, we won't make another name a Team Member if you're banned or just decide to use another name.

and moderators are still MEMBERS of NT...

just members with a few more responsibilities here...

I don't see myself as an NT admin...just as an NTer with the responsiblity of upholding the rules..
