MN doesn't have sales tax on clothing, shoes (I think) or non prepared foods. Rest of the taxes vary by county and what you're buying. I think it's 6.5/7% in every county other than Hennepin

it was only 5% up until recently in MA, but i think it's 6.5% now, which i thought was high but after seeing some of these i guess we're pretty lucky.
