Im about 100% sure Drake and Nipssey Hussle will make the list
People I think will make it:
J. Cole
Big Sean (even though I think he sucks)
Pac Div (even though they been out, they're buzz got huge this year)
OJ da Juiceman (buzz to big to ignore, plus XXL always adds a southern rapper)
Young Chris (Ive seen crazier **# happen)
They usually do like what 10 artists? I cant think of 3 other new acts.

basically.. the internet fame will turn into real life if you do it right. that's been proven already. you still gotta be in the streets to marketyourself but it's an easier chance in LA, NY, ATL, etc. if you're not in those entertainment areas and you want to get in the industry, you gotta moveyourself there.
