I was thinking the same thing....

But still its Timmy. I love my lakers. I love Shaq and Kobe.

Timmy will always get his 20/10. 4 titles and he should have at least 3 MVP's but he is "boring" (SMH)

People will appreciate Timmy so much more after he leaves...

i think this my 1st time seeing dirty in this part of the woods

it's refreshing to see a kobe vs. _____ debate where lebron isn't on the other side of the equation

I can't believe I'm gonna say this but gotta go with Timmy D......Shaq definitely has a case but his drop off has to be taken into acct.

It's VERY Close....but i'mma have to roll with Kobe by like .1% over Duncan...not cuz i'm a Kobe fan

but when you look at it, Kobe has had more pressure on him than anyone else, he's responded well

Also Kobe played basketball for 2 years straight..somewhere like 200 games....got an MVP, Scoring title, A Gold Medal, Finals MVP, 2 Finals appearances and achampoinship ring.

Duncan is a smart basketball player and is dependable but not all the time has he been the guy to close out the game when they had Manu and Parker.

Tim has 4 and Kobe has 4....they've both been thru dramatic changes on the roster; Kobe lost Shaq and all those other veterns, Tim lost Robinson andJohnson and other key vets.

Any one who says TD is clearly not the best player in the post jordan era is just lakers fan boys.

Not necessarily.

Both him, Shaq, and now Kobe have four championship rings, and I'd venture to say Kobe's attained a bit more personal awards than Duncan. Nevermindthe dramatic fall from grace and revival of his public image and ultimately, career.

It's between Tim Duncan and Kobe, and then a close second is Shaq.

Tie between Timmy and Shaw. Both players did what one wold expect them to do...WIN CHAMPIOSHIPS when they were supposed to. Make no question about it, thoseLaker's teams were built around Shaq. Kobe was a good player that only recently became that Greatest Player In The Wolrd (media's hyperbole, not mine).I'm tempted to go with Shaq with a SLIGHT edge simply because one on one your not beating that guy
