Ive noticed this.......is it on different days you get more? like today when i tried to do it i get 15% off only? and the other day it was 30% off when i got alaptop laptop

its random...just wait until it jumps back up to 25-30% before you purchase. But the terms did say it can end anytime. Right now I think they are offeringinstant cashback.

I think 30% was part of the black friday sales weekend. Hopefully they jump back up within the next next so i can purchase a camera.

Yes, it's very annoying. I just made a large purchase at 25%. Mad I missed 30%, but glad I got it before it dropped to 15%.
My take is they want people to buy NOW. Not say, well, I know it's going to be 30% two weeks from now so I'll just buy it then.
Plus, it's a hell of a promotion regardless to get any kind of discount on eBay. And when you get the instant cashback, it's even better.

back then it seemed like different terms would get you different %, but as of late it seems like everything i tried to search would be the same %cashback. and I dont know when do they make the change I usually just wait for the next day, but its been sitting at 15% for 2 days now

It's random as to the day/time of the cashback. It does not vary by item.
The 30% was going on for much longer than just Black Friday. I wish I would have jumped on it months ago when it was 35%.

In that case might as well try back in a few hours...........And i Got 30% back but its sitting in my live account.........how can i use it? or do i wait forit to get put into my paypal account in like 60days?

It will probably be more than a few hours. It has constantly been dropping since Black Friday. Hopefully it bumps back up next week.
If you didn't get instant cashback (completely random), then you have to wait the 60 days for it to clear before you can send it to your PayPal account.
