I heard about something very similar through Google; the article mentioned their Project Loon thing but I'm not sure if the meshes in the rest of the article work in the same fashion. Very interesting idea. It's certainly not as private as the author was trying to lead his readers to believe (hell, I could probably work my way into one with Wireshark and a few red bulls), but it sounds awesome. If you don't mind my asking, where are you located? Business ideas...
