When did Memphis emerge? The bandwagon fans that showed during the playoffs don't represent how poor the Grizzlies attendance was this year and in past seasons.

OKC is a true basketball town. The playoff games at home, you can hear the crowd go silent when OKC has the ball and ROCKING when the other team gets it back. Only DIE HARD college crowds ever pull that type of unity off. I had to throw the volume near max when I first saw this just cause i couldn't believe I was seeing an NBA crowd do this. Hell, they stand up until OKC gets the first basket. awesome, awesome crowd.
Memphis needs some consistency in the wins to keep the brand loyalty. But they and the town seem to have that grittiness to pull it off.
Special note for Atlanta. The single worst crowd in the NBA. With Miami a distant second.
