Actually, boxers, or any other trained fighter does not have to register their hands as weapons. That's a myth as far as I'm aware.

However, if someone like Mike Tyson, for example, was to get into a scuffle outside of the ring, I'm sure his status as a professional fighter could be used against him to certain degree, but that's about it.
