I've seen some swollen asian dudes at the gym but I think it's a combination of work ethic & genetics + diet.

You must be dedicated and have time, spend most of the time working out, these guys probably don't even have jobs. Spending all day in the park working out.

In response to AI Audi... Sounds like based on that information if the test level thing is infact true, Op should take an anti aromatase supplemtn or hormonal regulator I suggest iforce nutritious reversitol. But with that being said I never think supps are the answer probly just need proper diet and training regimen

OP 2 plates aint +*#+, thats why your chest is small

Also, in terms of genetics the differences between entire races isn't all that big......Asians seem to have lower calf insertions and bigger calves, West Africans seem to naturally have more muscle than East Africans, etc. but ultimately you can make your body look however you want it to, within reason

You need to learn how to lift/eat for the results you're going for. I've seen plenty of brolic asains too.

Go to youtube and watch some Mike Chang videos...

This. If you really wanna see gains stay dedicated and keep forcing yourself to lift heavier.

I do wonder about the genetics though because I think its a fair statement that the average asian is usually small to medium build
