How? Thats like saying something is happening to microsoft and bill gates isnt notified.
How? Because this is such a small scale operation in proportion to the rest of Nike's numbers. This situation only was revealed basically in the past 3 days on a shoe forum. Basically, I'd assume Nike has bigger fish to fry. I don't think you used the best analogy...but I see what you are saying and I'll go with it. MANY people pirate Microsoft's software on the internet--but it wouldn't be Bill Gate's opportunity cost to investigate a pubescent small-scale @+##**%# member who has nothing else to do with his time.
What would Michael Jordan do? The only thing I could see is what, get shoes from his private collection? Compare them to what this "Lu" character has done?
Although yes, this is not a good look for the "sneaker subculture", I don't think this is the future landmark Supreme Court decision some people are making it out to be.
My question is--what WOULD Nike do about it? What would you WANT them to do it? Just crack down "Lu"?
