Wrestling Thread April 14-May 4 | 5/3 WWE Extreme Rules PPV Prediction Contest Now Open!

Eh, many have said that AJ isn't a good person to be around including some posters in here who've done the meet and greets.

Def forgot about ER tonight :wow:

I just scored 100% on that survey

- The planned heel turn for Sheamus could end up taking place during the upcoming WWE tour of Europe, or immediately after it. WWE didn’t want Sheamus turning heel right before the tour, with the feeling that his heel turn could lose momentum if he were to get cheered so early in hi

-According to PWInsider.com, Daniel Bryan's WWE future in the next few months should be interesting to see play out as there are several higher ups in WWE who feel Bryan is not actually over, but it's the "Yes" chant which is over. Those same officials feel Bryan plateaued when he won the WWE World Title at WrestleMania 30.

With regards to how Daniel Bryan carries himself backstage, which might play into how he is booked in the future, it's said Bryan has very little ego, and while other superstars might argue their position in WWE with creative/officials, Bryan never does and instead does as he's told.

It remains to be seen whether or not Bryan "cools off" and is bumped from his top spot, or if he will remain hot as a character along with the popular "Yes" chant.

It's amazing he even stayed over the way they booked him before...a seven month feud with Orton would have sucked the life out of anyone. And nothing keeps  momentum rolling like a retread feud with Kane. The only legit heel they have right now is Batista and he doesn't want it with DB.

Regardless if he gets a Punk streak or a Ziggler streak, no one can take that build up and climax at WM30 away from wrestling fans. Simply amazing.

yeaa wwe needs more top heels badly as ive said before.whats a hero without a villian?,no hero at all.

Yea I think it's not great that he doesn't sort of demand to be booked better or in more high profile matches. Feuding with Kane is dumb as all hell and adds nothing to him.

He needs to be put into smart and fun matches where he can shine and get "over" himself...being in matches with slow *** Kane isn't going to do that.

I actually think Kane and Bryan have good chemistry.

It's just that NO ONE cares about Kane and every program he's involved with instantly becomes stale.

He should retire.

Agreed af1. It is lame though that the YES chants came naturally, and even when the wwe tried to hijack and commercialize it, the chants still happened cause of Bryan. It's like they think they can give Orton or Batista the YES chants and be on their way. Pls.

Remember when it was really picking up steam and they tried giving it to big show?

I hate reading those dirt sheet reports. However of that were true, I'd say the DB info is stupid. He doesn't have a foil or good heel to have a program with at the moment.

Austin wouldn't have been over without Hart, McMahon, Taker, HHH, Rock, etc. DB is no Rock with the charisma/promos but they need to push him like they did Cena. Not to say Cena doesn't have some gifts but it's clearly the push and programs that made him. No different than Hogan, Warrior, HHH, etc. Rock and Austin got over by themselves. Bryan did to a lesser extent, due to Mania XX8 and the yes chants.

I've read that Bryan went to bat for KENTA after his first try out didnt work and that's why the 'E gave him a second look. Thats probably the only story that I've seen of Bryan trying to somewhat influence officials. Thanks to Bryan, I can now look forward to a comedy tag team with Yoshi Tatsu/KENTA managed by Jason "Tensai" Albert

Also, RIP to NOAH cause they've lost their last big draw.
