Any recommends on honeymoon locations?

Currently thinking Fiji/Australia/New Zealand. Looking for something chill but I can’t lay on a resort for 1 week.

Just got back from Punta Cana and me and my lady loved it. All the resort workers thought I was dominican tho and were disappointed when I told them I didn't speak Spanish

Going to Chicago next month with the lady. Will be staying downtown near the Chicago Theatre.

First time either of us are going. So what are some spots to check out as far as food, bars/lounges, sightseeing, etc?

Food: Barrio (brunch and lunch), El Che (nicer steak house but not over the top), Piezanos, Somerset (Brunch and dinner), Velvet Tacos. Those are some of my favorites off top of my head.

Lounges/Bars depends on how old you all are and type of ambiance you're looking for before I answer this lol

We are in our mid to late 30s. So something chill. Nice music preferably hip hop but if not that’s cool. Not too rowdy tho

Check out the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Hampton Social, Gastropub and Giodano's for food. Bombobar for ice cream

-The parks in Chicago are :pimp: honestly the central part of Chicago is probably the nicest looking city center in the US.You can spend hours wandering and walking around without being bored or disgusted like you would in Cali and NY.

-Avoid Navy Pier, it’s complete garbage unless you want to experience a generic shopping mall food court near the lake for some reason???

-Portillos is not good-don’t fall for the long lines of tourists who think this is classic Chicago food. I mean I don’t get why people in this region value hot dogs in general so much, but that’s a different topic. Giordano’s and Lou Malnati’s are extremely mediocre tourist trap pizza restaurants too

-Best food is in Chinatown,Pilsen, the upper limits of Chicago, and the suburbs of Chicago. If you’re looking for anything :pimp: outside of American food in the area you’re staying in, you’ll be disappointed. A lot of the food there is mediocre and/or overpriced for what it is, but a lot of Midwestern tourists/transplants hype them up because they’ve never had that type of food before or have never had a quality version.

LIke others said it's too many reccommendations

Do the usual tourist things like the Bean and Garretts popcorn
Walk up and down Michigan ave for shops
Hubbard street at night for nightlife or hit a rooftop spot like London House or Virgin Hotel
My guys just opened a hip hop spot called Hue Chicago in the south loop
Have a Chicago style hotdog. Hit Weiner's Circle in Lincoln Park
You got your Museums like Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium all near each other
It's just too much

Are you trying to kick it or be adventurous?

A liitle bit of both but if I had to choose between either one to kick it.
Is there anything adventurous? I heard its not a lot to do outside the resort.
I mean, you can always book an excursion. For decent looked at different resorts, I checked out this dudes channel. He has breakdowns of a bunch of the resorts in Punta Cana:

Was cruising for the past 12 days on Norwegians newest ship- Prima. Went to 5 different ports, mainly in the Dutch Caribbean. Did Puerta Plata, D.R./Willemstad, Curucao/Bonaire/Orenjstad,Aruba & Cozumel, Mexico. Curucao & Aruba were just awesome & I will love to come back & check them out more next time but by plane.

Bonaire was a total bust. There's nothing to see or do on that island. We did an excursion there but our tour guide was a complete douche & his bus was a piece of crap. Felt like riding on a hayride. Went to Hato Caves in Curucao which was very cool & we also got to see some fruit bats in there.

Aruba was amazing. So colorful & lovely scenery everywhere. Did a submarine tour. Not a submarine in its typical sense because our boat had a lower level where you can sit & look out the glass windows & they call it a "submarine". It was nice though as we did see a hundred + year old shipwreck.

Pics part 2. A rural village in Rincon, Bonaire. The museum building is about 200 years old which is pretty fascinating. Our excursion included the pink salt flats they advertise but when we got there it was just light pink water with salt mounds in the back which was w.e. Also saw some old slave houses & we were supposed to see Flamingos up close but our driver never stopped where they were to let us off & instead just drove by them slowly.
