I just sit down with my legs crossed and focus on my breathing (air in your nose and out of your mouth). However, I've been focusing on the pulse/pressure on my forehead as it gets amplified and deeper.  Yeah, I read something about it. The pulse/pressure is getting block and it's opening up...
