agreed, you have to know the efficiency of your gate cycle and things like that. go to a specialty running store or do the "paper bag test" (just google it) to determine your arch shape. can't speak any more highly about asics from my experience

nike rejuven8s. i have the all black "LE" pair from a last year with a little paint speckle on the midsole but you can barely see it. most comfortable shoes of all time.

a few questions for the am experts... i've got pair of '09 neon am95s and they fit a bit snug, will they still be comfortable without the insoles or should i look to move them and cop the ones that just came out in a bigger size? also whats the consensus on am95 and am1 sizing? im an 11 in...

how can i clean the icy soles on my space jams? there was mad road salt and stuff out when i unds'd them so im looking to get all of that off. can i use soap and water or instant sneaker cleaner? or something else? thanks

just wondering about waterproofing the space jams, would it be safe on the patent/icy soles? i always waterproof my kicks but i've never done it on icysoles or patent leather

im guessing he just uses flats to race in, so that would still decide what trainers he gets and the asics pirhana are too flexible and dont have enoughlockdown for a sprinter so until you know what you need for trainers, id reccommend the nike forevers for indoor racing on a rubber track (good...
