Have you ever hit your breaking point?

Whenever I feel close to that I get drunk and hit the casino...That helps me

you watch TV and realize that other people have it worse

I was just watching Band of Brothers and one episode is called "the Breaking Point" where the company of paratroopers is in a frozen forest gettingshelled by German artillery without enough food, ammo or winter clothing and can't do anything about it but take it.

I have, but I think of how blessed I am. And how billions of people would love to be in my position and have the opportunities that I have. So why endsomething that is good over a rough patch that we all hit sometimes.

Man, im about to hit a breaking point right now...and i dont no what to do...

I need a +%%@+! JOB......NO one is hiring $!!..man #!$@

Hit it plenty of times. I just start writing after I punch a couple walls. Got 2 mixtapes out that way.

I can honestly say I reached 2 breaking points in my 18 years. Now I'm just humble through whatever life throws at me. I always think before I act.

edit: Better yet, I'm more like "Oh well, %*%@ it" if somethinghappens. But yes, I have hit my breaking point 3 or 4 times.

I don't think I've ever reached that high, but I just let out some steam by taking a walk or punching the wall. Or music or sleep.

When I came to that point, I just did other things to try and ease my mind.

Whether it was working out, playing ball, chilling with the guys, just something to 'distract' me from the issue. Everyone handles themselvesdifferently, so do what works best for you and just keep positive thoughts.

Couple of times. Life's a rollercoaster though. You gotta maintain your composure on the downs. Sooner or later you'll be back up. I just try tomaintain my cool when I reach a breaking point. I allow myself a couple hours of pity, i hit the gym and mash on the weights, then I get right back on thathorse. The trick is to surround yourself with positive people. You gotta have that one person who you can wholeheartedly confide in whose gonna put things inperspective for you.

many times...i just process the problem sometime it takes a few hours or even a few weeks. eventually i snap out of it either because i realize how so manyother people are worse off than me. or my mom gives me "words of wisdom"
it's harder to stay mad about a situation than to just let it go. i've tried this method and for the most part it works, but somethings you can'tlet go of but you learn to not let it dictate how you're going to live your life as it only ends up hurting u at the end of the day.

When I was younger I would write....now I jus chill out and listen to music or watch tv...its been a while since I got to that point

Sooner or later you'll be back up
werd. if i get a lil too suicidal and depress i just remember to the times where i was happy and "alive" and recognize that thisemotion that im feeling right now will pass sooner or later, just gotta sleep it off, work out and eat right...it changes and helps all the different chemicalsin your body so you wont feel like that. Also I just sit back and examine what im feeling and break down why im feeling it... I disassociate myself from thatfeeling and just observe it like a 3rd person kinda thing.
