The Misery scene didn't really bother me since I've been watching sports all my life. I did have the "ooooo" though.
As I got older another thing I have noticed is that alot of these movies are just looking for cheap gore and kills to the point its just getting sickening towatch.
Oh does anyone remember "Tales From the Crypt Demon Night"? The movie was good but the part when the demon breaks the black lady's arm off was

And in No Country for Old Men whenever Chigur murks someone. The escape from the sheriffs office, the hotel scene when dudes hiding in the shower, when hepulls dude over to the side of the road, ect. Just tension building up the whole time.

I just watch some F'd up movie called "In a glass cage". This old War criminal/child raper is confined to an iron lung, and in one scene this kidstrokes one on his face.
It is one of those sick movies like: Salo; Men behind the sun; Ken Park.
Speaking of men behind the sun - The part where the soldiers throw the womans baby on the ground, kick snow over it, then walk away had me choked up.

When the group first discovers the baby is dead... then they show it and it looks rotten/bloated like it's been dead for awhile.
And when the dude is hallucinating while detoxing and the baby is crawling on the roof; for some reason I always have trouble watching that.
