I still need some VIs. I missed out on the Carmines last year and ever since then, I've been too lazy to pay reseller prices for them. Definitely going tohave to buy some older Retro Infrareds because the ones coming out in 2010 are a disgrace.

What a nice one, the VI's !!! I also remember rocking them in high school, they were sent to me from phoenix by a friend before everybody got them inFrance !!!

^Notice the difference in the tongue and top eyelets in those catalog Samples? Also, some of the perforation is different.

I believe I might have been the only person who actually saved that photo.
This argument came up again on NT and I posted the picture.
Then, I suppose others saved it and would post it(as would I if no1 posted it before me) when the argument came up again.

Thank you for posting these!! I knew they existed! ....I was having an argument with another NTer about these, I said that there were also Shadow Xs &Infra red VIs with the toe-cap ...he didn't believe me. Unfortunately I didn't have this picture saved to prove my point, but I knew I was right!
