Damn that really sucks...

Nike doesn't sell them separately anymore (they used to when they first put out the 8s).  You'll need to catch someone possibly selling them separate or you'll have to pick up another pair.  Luckily the EM low, elite high and lows all use the same insert

Unlikely I think. Since it's already summer season and they're pushing hard on the low's. Mid-tops and high-tops tend to launch and sell better after summer. By the time it's new season, there'll probably be the Kobe X.

Kobe X doesn't release until February 2015...

There'd still be plenty of time if Nike wanted to drop a few more highs.
