Back in the 90s and early 2000s.
It was much more prominent.

I can't say I've seen one in recent time.

 I remember these but only ever saw them used by people who drove hondas 
 
Way back in the day my pops had it in the car but he had it there in case some one got out of line. Not to lock the wheel. :rofl:

Pretty sure they stopped selling once car thieves learned they could saw through the steering wheel to take it off.
 
I got one on my whip right now. 2 wheel locks on each wheel too. If someone wants to steal your whip they will but the thing is to make it as difficult as possible to do it and they might as well go down the street and take theirs
 
Well damn. Haven't seen one in years. Yallright my cousin had that Honda ms used one as well :rofl:
