NDC mass banning accounts/IPs

It's coming, it's just a matter of time before they ban the credit cards/paypal and email/home addresses associated with the banned accounts....:nerd:

I am from UK can anyone help me? I cannot login to Nike.eu nor can i add anything to my basket when i do it keeps spinning, this happens when i use my home broadband connection that is what i use majority of the time, but when i try to access this at work or use my mobile internet on my mac then i dont have any issues on the website. Do you guys think that they have banned me? I seriously dont know whats going on, if anyone can help id really appreciate it...

Nope same thing happened to me. I called and they said its a tech issue.
 
are you sure my friend? as this happens when i use my home broadband Virgin Media, when i used my O2 mobile internet hotspot on my Mac everything works fine even at work... I called my ISP Virgin they said theres no issues, i even contacted Nike.eu on Twitter who said theres no issues with there website so i really dont know why i cant access it via my home broadband? at the moment because of this i cannot buy anything on any releases which sucks to be honest... Are you having the same issue of spinning? these are the errors i was getting before... then when i click on the basket without anything added on i get this second pic message and 3rd pic shows it just spinning all the time... any ideas when this will resolved if it is a issue or what to do?

This happened to me. its just not you being banned if so your account wouldn't work anywhere.
 
Okay so any idea as to how to get this resolved then? I dont want to miss out on NDC releases anymore... theres some really good ones coming out to in the upcoming days / weeks, i understand i may not be banned but how come everyone elses is working, where does the problem lie???

Its an issue with your ip and the nike server. use a proxy or vpn. Or ask your internet company to change your ip address.

I see from your screen shot you have PM. Remove some of the PM for Nike's site or change the frequency to less pings of their server and this might fix your problem. Good luck!
 
So ive been watching a few youtube videos and surfing the internet wasted so much time but FINALLY I managed to get it working, i downloaded a google chrome extention called Zenmate, and it worked FLAWLESSLY!!!! Im so happy..., i think its a VPN or something, but if i continue using this then will Nike find out or anything? I dont want to be banned ... Pls let me know how to proceed further...

Hey there, I havent tried it yet with any new releases, but when i add to cart its pretty quick to be honest i do have a 150 MBPS broadband connection, I dont know whether that matters, Zenmate seems pretty user friendly seeming as you just have to add it to chrome, unfortunately i am not that techinically sound to know how to do it any other way... I havent used it on any latest releases yet, I have messaged nike about this issue as i have no idea why this has happened to me (the spinning issue when logging on and adding to cart) as i dont use a bot or anything like that... they havent got back to me yet they said they will send it to theyre tech team but they are pretty slow in replying and i dont think they give a **** tbh,  so i have no other choice to use this Zenmate" or find out another procedure... I need those Sock Darts for tomorrow and Shattered Backboards on Sat so fingers crossed!!!! This is pure piss take tho how ive had this issue all of a sudden when everyone else is able to use it just fine...

IMO this is a wack weekend, unless they're doing restocks. The IE's might not give a good idea if they made improvements.
 
i hardly ever use ndc unless somethin is on a heavy disco, but i did notice i cant narrow my searches by size on their site

am i ban?
