Does this mean I'm banned? I've been getting this from NDC on my comp. for about a month now. Doesn't matter what shoe or section of the site. If I click on a shoe to go to their individual page this message appears. Please help NT. Reps given.

Yup, Nike trolled that dude from Twitter with the Oreos n corks...they did the work to find out his name n address, so they can also do it to fight bots n ATCs...they're also banning people/accounts on Twitter for posting early links....

No that is what I am saying I couldnt get the 1s because of that, however I was able to get the XX9s during that same time.
This is what I am saying, the people who got banned are people who use a bot for themselves, if you use those bots you know you dont use proxies or vpns if you are only using your account. These are who mostly got banned.
Most of the big resellers/atcs use a bunch of random nike accounts and proxies, which they switch up all the time so its no harm done to them yet. They are they people who scoop upmost of the hyped releases.

I'll be curious to see if nike actually does go that far. If they completely ban an entire form of payment for a person or address that is when I think you will see a big change in the bots, until then it is a band aid fix honestly.
Plus when you ban an entire address that means they wont bring in any income for anyone in that household for online orders.

you're monitoring too many pages with page monitor, happened to me too a while ago. what happens is that you're pinging nike's site too many times within a few seconds, so they temporarily IP ban you that only lasts maybe 5-10 minutes. but since you're continuously monitoring pages, you'll keep getting soft banned. just limit the pages you monitor to no more than 10.

They do this stuff periodically tho not to this level.
What I perceive:
Nike knows the banned users will just create new accounts and use different stuff as well as refresh their IP address
Nike knows social media will hype up this stuff as a "nike is so great. Nike cares about us move"
Nike is a business and needs sales. Banning customers and cutting which may eventually start cutting into the bottom line is a bad business move.
It's like a political move.

This is exactly what I think is occurring. If nike was completely serious they would have just banned payment methods/addresses from the get go. I do think that it may cut down on bot users for a few weeks but in time they will find a work around and it will be just as before.
I think personally they will continue to ban ip's and accounts in the hope that the person will get tired of it and resort to manual copping.

can you log into your account? when you click a size does it add to cart, if so then you arent banned.

Repped. Thanks for explaining to me. I just deleted a lot of monitored pages and I'm down to 7. Hope it resolves the issue.

If I were Nike's legal team, I would just pick a known hacker (who clearly violated your security) and make life a living hell for them by burying them in legal fees. Let the hacker go on twitter and complain publicly about big bad Nike. I bet it would fall on deaf ears. Nike could counter in the press saying they're trying to clean up the mess and everyone except a small circle of high volume resellers would applaud. And I would bet if you're a reseller you aren't making so much money each year that you can afford the hit of a 25k court case. Just a thought.
