NT What Would You Do vol Bait and Switched by a Dealership

Well outside of the sunroof, they're all inside and I actually didn't get inside the car before signing everything no, they didn't give me the keys yet. I was excited probably paid not tons of attention assuming all was as agreed previously. I noticed the lack of interior features before I got to my parents' house, which is 5 miles away at most.

Trim level, they are both "Limited" surprisingly, one is just extemely less equipped

It's why I took the car right back and parked it in the front, I didni't even want to drive it home and to work tomorrow then go talk to them because that alone would put like 50 more miles on it. So it has like 200 miles right now (had 190 when I got it, probably came in from Dallas area). I have a friend who knows the GM who is going to put in a call for me but he's a P.R from Brooklyn so he might call all angry and stuff. I touched based with the salesman already but they close early so didnt get to see him when I got back, my parents think I should text him so it's "in writing" so I'll do that tomorrow first thing in the morning, might not even go to work in fact, go straight to the dealership

If your in Texas there is no cooling off period.  You are at the mercy of the sales manager or GM.  As suggested above I would be respectful and ask nicely to rework a deal.  But I highly doubt they would back out of the whole deal and let you walk.  The compromise is you still buy a car from them if they will let you return it. 

Also on a side note I would not be too happy with 190 miles on a new car.  New untitled cars should never be driven to a dealership even if it was a dealer trade.  
 
Idk man, as soon as I stepped in the car I would have noticed the navi system and sunroof missing.
 
They took it back no problem. They made me wait the rest of the day to think about it but I ultimately am going to pass He offered to make it right though, said they would be eating a significant loss to do so but was going to give me any of the "Package 2" (Navi, sunroof, speaker system, etc) ones on the lot or even go get me a right one in my color of choosing and keep my price at 24k

Sucked to do for both of us, but trust he will have no problem selling that car. I beat he gets rid of it by the weekend. I'm just wondering about my credit report wit those 4 hard hits from them getting me financing, now when I go to another place if my score being down a bit will affect my APR offers much

I dont understand how you can just sign papers when buying a car and not making sure it has EVERYTHING you asked for? thats rule #1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. good lord
 
For $24k, wouldn't you at least want to go over the spec sheet and get a tutorial of the features from the sales person before driving off the lot?

He probably just looked in the system for a black "Limited" but didn't pay attention the package level. The package level I wanted was the highest is called "Package 2."

This is the one they offered me to make it right. Should have just gotten me this one the first time. And yes we went over a feature sheet, just like this one below, on the original agreement (but for the white one I drove) which again just turned into, "oh okay, you don't like white, I'll dealer trade and get you a black one."

What's wrong with Hyundai? They make decent cars now a days

There's nothing wrong with Hyundai. All cars these days are "good". No company can afford to make a "bad" car. They'd go out of business in a heartbeat. The difference between a good and bad car today isn't the difference between an "A" and and a "D", it's more like the difference between an "A" and a "B".

You can back out of any contract int he state of Texas in 3 days.
