Went back to rep you after I tried it. I found an arcanine and the ***** ran away but it's super accurate.

I have been wondering to myself if you get better mons out of the blue incubators vs the orange infinite one that is given to you to start off with. I have been using the infinite incubator for my last four 5k hatches and I have gotten nidoran, paras, and back to back poliwags. 
I am about to test that theory with some of these blue incubators I just received.

The radar works much better now, I was actually able to track down a couple of mons because they dont stay on the radar long at all so you are able to narrow down the area where they could be

I say at least 650. And since Eevees are "common" , you should also evolve one with a high IV %

or a t least let the mons heal up after a few hours on their own. I have zero potions and some of the mons are still dead from the other day

i get at least 20 hyper potions a day and throw all the other ones away ...yall must be brawling 24/7 at multiple gyms

Lol yea. It gets really old seeing people constantly complaining so I stopped doing it myself. We know what it is at this point, if you continue to play its on you.

Its random. A dude I know has 6 (5 blue) incubators at all times. Seeing what he has hatched over the course of the last 2 weeks, It's completely randomly. In fact, he's been getting a lot of eevees and kabutos lately.
Edit: You should be happy to get nidos and poliwags. It gives you candy along with them and the IVs on hatched mons is always solid.

Im going to try to leave early in the morning for work again.. this morning on the way i found 5 gyms with empty spaces so dropped my mons and collected right away

I guess my IV is trash
But i drive by 4 gyms on the way to work. Some of them are already Valor established so building rank dolo to make a spot for myself takes some potions
usually by lunch ive lost 2-3 gyms

Personally im trying to find an area that has a lot of gyms that's dead at night.
On another note, people in my neighborhood are "freaking out" that people are parking on the side of the park closest to their house so now the cops are telling people not to park there. What else is new.

So I'm out today was farming Magikarp today naturally I'm at this spot and I'm waiting for something good to pop up
The minute this Blue Dragon pops up it was like the world was on it's feet
The moment I hear Gyrados!
I run right to the spot
In my mind I'm saying this is it
This the moment I'm gonna tell NT how I found this beast mode dragon in the wild
Stop at a pokestop armed with just greatballs
I get to the spot and see his animation pop up
The minute I clicked it my grin went to a frown
The minute this Blue Dragon pops up it was like the world was on it's feet

Yeah the Nido I wasn't all too disappointed with since I am working towards a 2nd Nidoking. But the Paras followed by back to back Poliwags had me ready to rage once they hatched.
I had just finished evolving up to 2 different Poliwraths from the 2 already solid IV Poliwags I had. And out here Poliwags are almost just as common as the rats, bugs, and birds.Hatched another 5K egg with the orange incubator and got a cp843 Ponyta. I am leaning back towards the random like you said.
