So I hit the California Lottery....

anyone have any stories to help prove my theory that the more affluent areas in your state/city have higher prize winning tickets?

This small corner store out in the sticks back near where I'm from in SC has had like 3 different million dollar Powerball tickets sold there. Crazy

Not having fun if I'm losing.

I was about to say, how is it possible he's having fun losing money. Glad you weighed in on it so he can hear it from the horses mouth lol. I would lay off for a while if I were you. Don't buy whole rolls.

Bought 2 California Gold ($30 each) & won $40 on the 1st ticket. 2nd ticket won $200! Feels good after losing 4 tickets in a row!

Hit 30 off a 10 today

I used to work filling the machines with tickets and collecting the money or fixing it when people claim they put 5$ in and it didn't give them a ticket

My stores have no good scratchers .... yet

Powerball it is for me

Once again, someone hit a mill with a scratcher in South Florida. She copped it at a quickie mart smh

Just be careful buddy. They will withold 25%. But you are liable for nearly 40% come tax time next year. Thats worth at least a good grand that you may or may not have next year, and will certainly OWE

Bro you've said nothing but negative things this whole damn thread followed by a "congrats" to mask the shade. I paid 5 dollars for the ticket and won 75k. After taxes I'm looking at 55k-58k then another 10% of that will be owed when I file my taxes next year. So that's looking like 45k-48k. Im not about to blow 45k in less than a year. I have an interview coming up so if I land the job this money gets thrown in my safe and I continue my life as if it never happened. I'm going to plan out an investment I feel most comfortable with and learn everything about it before I spend one single penny on it.
