The Rockies already weren’t too high on Reyes, as they sensed he didn’t want to be there last year. And that was before the domestic case that cost him the first two months of the season plus all of spring training. As far as his trade value, it should be nil. The Yankees, who showed interested when he got to Colorado, apparently are no longer considering him. Soon after the Rockies got Reyes, the Yankees were willing to send Colorado top shortstop prospect Jorge Mateo and pay half Reyes’ $22-million salary.

You need a guy as good as Tanaka to be your # 2. And a guy around where Eovaldi is.

8th Inning - Miller
9th Inning - Chapman

Really just need an okay Lefty & 1-2 Righties. 3 average arms still put the bullpen at Top 2 or 3 at worst.


You hope Bird can slot in next year at #6 in the order, that fills the infield. And Severino figures out how he's approaching the mound wrong and moves into # 4 SP.
