Okay so I just got off the phone with JD support for the 4th time today maybe, stopped keeping count.
After I've been told my Mr. Midnight support dude that he's going to cancel my order because the size I chose was out of stock already my Paypal went from pending to confirmed.
The weirdness didn't end there, I got sent an email that says my order has been canceled after the payment had been deducted, called again and was told by Mr. Morning shift (real nice guy) that my order was in fact not canceled and I have to wait it out for a couple of hours and check back with them the status of the order and see if it is canceled for real or not, While waiting I got an email saying my order has been dispatched.
Called after than for the last time just now and was told by another support personnel that my order has in fact been dispatched and is on it's way from their warehouse to the courier's and they will issue a tracking no. as soon as it gets one from the courier but JD's website has a handy tool for tracking with the order number anyway to make it easier.
My advice would be to wait it out, maybe someone's case here is like mine and that's why I felt I should share this.
