Apple Users, help! Half my music is now edited.

So I bought a new MacBook Pro last night, and half of my music I download from my cloud is now edited, it definitely wasn't edited when I uploaded it to the cloud. What's going on...?!?

Why not just physically move from one HD to the other

I had a problem similar to this with my phone. Itunes was playing its own version of all my music(which sucks for mixtapes). I disconnected from the cloud, resynced and got all my orginal music.

I dont know what the equivelant of that would be with an actual laptop, but hopefully itll atleast get in going in the right direction.
