Has Anyone every had any experience dealing with Concepts customer service?
Still no response on my marked up 8 balls received yday.
I tried calling several times but just end up in a loop of phone extension transfers. in addition, one of the listed email addresses on the contact page is no longer valid...

I disagree, suede on the embers seems significantly better to me, much softer and changes colors when you rub it.
8 balls kind of remind me of the suede on the GR Brazil GLVs
