Comfortable in what sense? It takes a while to break them in and get the leather to stretch. I'd suggest putting shoe trees in them when you aren't wearing them.

Yes the leather is soft and they’re definitely as comfortable as flat sole shoes can get. This is only after 5-10 wears though once they’re broken in.

i am a firm believer that fashion should be practical

in the winter when wearing winter fabrics socks must be worn
it looks out of place otherwise
it makes sense in the spring summer but to wear velvet (to keep warm) in the winter then to go bare ankles is counter intuitive
