Sorry if already posted but have yall guys ever wondered what the show game would be like if jordan didn't play basketball and there was no air Jordan shoes what would yall ne collecting??

I probably wouldn't be into sneakers at all and just focus on photography.

I'd probably be rich by now.

That almost goes along the lines if he would of left Nike before Tinker showed him the Air Jordan 3 (correct me if I'm wrong. Can't remember). I'm pretty sure there would be something to take that place if he didn't exist. AF1s might still be popular, maybe. Haha

There probably wouldnt be lebrons. Nobody really had a sig line like that before MJ. Somebody might have on shoe, or their team colors and a logo on a general shoe, but definitely not a completely new design every year, just for them.

Well I'd definitely purchase shoes like AF 1's and Air Maxes (90's/95's) and still do.

As for anything else, probably not.

Is still collect sneakers, I don't only buy Jordans. The game as a whole wouldn't be as crazy though, I'm sure. I could see ppl craze over other shoes though because ppl feel the need to be apart of something and follow the crowd of new trends.

I guess i would be less crazy about
Collecting kicks. Because most nba
Superstars never had a consequent
Shoeline. Most interrupted with
Different names or even switching
Brands.
Nike even messed it up with
The lebrons, as his first signature
was called air zoom generations
While the second one was called
Air lebron 2.
Also, i think i would be less ambitious
In playing basketball, because it was
Not because of mjs dominant and
Soectacular plays but because of his
Attitude to work hard to improve
Himself and to defy fear.

First of all the word If should not be placed near MJ's name thats a form of disrespect. He is the Greatest Basketball Player that ever lived. A good question would be, What if MJ read this thread and Barred You from buying his good's. Like you use your credit card and instead of it saying decline it WAS. NOT THIS TIME BUDDY maybe next release. or you decide to use cash route and Jb has a face recognition in his crib of how you look and once the cam, catches a glimpse of you, security would be alerted and they would escort you out of the sneaker store. WHAT IF....

i have a feeling i would have just found some other type of shoes to collect, it is just in my soul

it Jordan had decided not to sign a contract with nike. they would have offered a huge contract to another nba superstar. but who knows how collectors would have reacted.

There's a very high chance that sneaker collecting would not exist if there was no MJ. Oh, and this website would not exist. Nike itself would never have taken off either.

I'm going to do what we did to red soxs fans in college for saying dumb s@#t . He gets the assh?/le chant Assh*?le assh?&le . Lol !%+ is he even talking about. he is just saying a whole lot of nothing.

That's a good question! I don't think Nike would be the dominant brand in athletic footwear if MJ hadn't been signed by them.

I would still collect shoes, it'd just be many different brands instead of 99.99% Nike.

I'm old so I remember loving kicks before MJ took over, I had all white pro keds that I seriously cherished.

Puma, addidas, Reebok, and converse were respected back in the days, not looked at like 2nd class citizens.

The sneaker game as a whole prolly wouldn't be this crazy and prices would be lower. Personally, I would still have a good amount of shoes, just more of a variety.
