OP unless you live in some weak #$* state a function-able ID is gonna need to scan and blacklight. $200 is a little bit more realistic.  

Save your money though bro. You'll be 21 soon enough.

make sure you know the information if you are using/getting one without your own info on there. seen to many instances of people not knowing what their ID says and getting it taken or even hauled in for something like that.
