scooby has really good instincts, high motor and just an overall gritty dude.

he trusts his instincts, reacts and wastes no time getting down hill to take on the fullback, shed the block and make the tackle.

gets lateral from the jump. no wasted steps. sorts through the trash right here to make the play.

i dont think he was ever completely healthy last year. he doesn't look like the same player. i saw a lot of missed tackles, and he looks weird moving in space. like really clunky. i think he's going to free fall in the draft.

Yep I was very high on Scooby could see him falling to the 4th.

I really like WVU's Kwitakowski dude could really be a Brian Urlacher so much ability. That defense WVU plays places a lot of responsibility on the linebackers. The game I watched this year he was making plays 20 yards downfield against Texas tech.

Alright next Urlacher prolly a stretch but definitely will be in the league for 8 to 10 years. Dude is active.

Would be happy to see scooby fall to the niners at the 3rd or 4th.

Also would be happy to see Reds big board, ranking the top prospects in this years NFL Draft from all the film he has watched. Or a list of players that have caught his eye.

in those two clips Red posted, scooby read those plays so damn well

someone send Trent Baalke a link to this thread or send him a cliffnotes of all the draft talk. who got his twitter, email, phone, fax on deck?? ****, I'm so afraid the niners are gonna piss the bed this draft, I think we should go as far as tweet trent's daughter our draft wishes.

No love for Keanu Neal? Feels like one of those safeties that will be around for a long time almost Antoine Bethea like.

hmm. keanu neal should be in. i am not a big fan of derrick henry. i might drop that fool.

Jaylon and Myles would be battling for the top spot IMO if it weren't for that injury

Ive been praying bedside every night this month we draft him in the 3rd round or 4th round similar to Lattimore's selection. I know we need guys that can make an impact now but he would be worth the wait.

the jaylon injury really ****** over everyone. all bad for him, and i think baalke had his eyes on him. it forced everyone on the big board up one spot. one less person being taken in front of us.

Where is Paxton Lynch in that top 50?

We really have to consider trading down a few spots, taking him & adding a 2nd (maybe two 2nds). I like Wentz & Goff, but the upside of Lynch is there. IMO.

I say get a LB or Lineman with the 7th pick

And

Then pick up Paxton with our 2nd round pick .. everyone stays happy

-tall, long build with frame to carry the weight

-strong arm. can put the ball anywhere on the field.

-athletic and mobile. can make throws on the run. the kid can move for a big dude.

-more of a thrower than a passer

-inconsistent feel for pressure in the pocket

-streaky passer

-vision of field a question mark

-looping windup release. release can become elongated

-operated within 1-read-or-go offense--not asked to read defenses, manipulate coverages, or work through progressions

-offense revolved around quick, short throws

-inconsistent accuracy and touch on downfield throws

-not asked to make big boy NFL throws

-footwork and mechanics needs a lot of work

who does this remind you guys of?

you wont find this on lynch's tape. not saying he can't do it in the future, but its not there right now...

goff's ability to manipulate coverage is pro ready

goff just OOZES with poise from the pocket. you can't teach or train that.
