probably conflicting with other apps/tweaks u have... some apps/tweaks code/dependencies stop other apps/tweaks from working properly or prevent them for d/l or working at all... they cause conflicts and sometimes can put the phone in safemode.

Download Zeppelin
Put all those images in a folder named NikeTalk
Open up iFile
Put folder inLibrary/Zeppelin/
I did all that the only thing I'm not getting is how to insert the pics in a folder in ifile

If not add this repo http://cydia.xsellize.com and it get the one that has the Xsellize icon near it.

its in deb file format so basically just need to ssh and install with ifile and go to settings and set the thing up
