The NBA encourages flopping. No one would do it if the refs had a clue. In soccer some things are questionable as the field is huge. A basketball court, though?

Flops should be called and counted as technical fouls. It's unsportsmanlike conduct by definition.

yo can someone post the clip of Ray flopping? Not saying he isnt capable of doing it, I just dont know what you all are fussing over. And for some of you all questioning Ray's HOF credentials is ridiculous. He's a clear-cut HOF'er on and off the court.
