The GOAT of BBQ sauces....

Really the best sauce is take your favorite premade sauce, add it to a broth of the seasoning you had on the meat that's now grilling. Add some pepper, sugar, lime, ketchup or whatever, cook to desired thickness then enjoy.
 
I always keep a bottle at the house.

Sweet Baby Ray's doesn't do much for me, too sweet. I don't like the thickness. My wife loves it though.

I'd rather make my own. I like the spicy, vinegar base sauces.
You got a recipe for your mix?

That honey chipolte is flames @Sole Reaver. I don't know if anybody outside of Chicago would know what mild sauce is, but I need to know where I can buy it in a bottle.
