How do you guys feel about oysters.

I love them raw.

I think I enjoy them raw and cooked on a grill.

Put oyster on the grill, when they open, I shuck off the shell, and either use a garlic/butter mix or a garlic/soy sauce mix. Boom.

I'll eat a couple raw straight up...But I enjoy raw oysters more when they're dipped in vinegar.
