A couple of guys tried to market these to our team (I play in England at a reasonably high amateur level).
A bunch of guys from the team tried them on, I didn't bother after taking a look at them. The anti-ankle roll part looks dodgy to me, seems like the same would happen as you described with...
Soooo glad this is finally on. Massive Aussie supporter in all sports, but especially in Basketball & Rugby. Love that we finally won the Tri-Nations again a couple weeks back (and by beating the AB's to do so), and now that we just beat them for the Olympic Quali in Basketball it's definitely...
It comes down to when you actually hopped (at least as far as FIBA rules go, I live in europe so that's what I go by).
If you hopped right as you dribbled, then a 1-2 is perfectly fine.
If you put another foot down after the ball hit the floor then the 1-2 would be considered a travel.

Theres a few things. All pretty minor though overall.
Build - 6'3 200, but I'm trying to drop from the 15% BF range to the 10% range.
Gym - Really need a trainer badly, I've plateaued for a while now and need to step it up.
Various aspects of my game - Hairline (super picky about who I let...

Agreed with ^, only things that mess me up are diff. balls and indoor/outdoor change. Indoor/outdoor is especially bad because I wear glasses, get mad reflections on sunny days.
I've found that you can adjust to balls pretty quick, gimme 10 solid minutes alone with the new rock and I'm set. Was...

OK thanks for the answers.
Like another dude said, first up has to be form shooting. 95% of players will struggle with a quick release & off the dribble shooting if the form is way outta wack. With your driveway hoop its simple. As often as possible, out front with the ball, one-handed form...
