Question About Jordan 1 Retro Wht-Blk-Red First Retro Release...?

ijapino is on point.  I was working at Louisville Sports Unlimited at the time.  The III's eventually sold out, but we had stacks upon stacks of I's on clearance for $19.99, and even at that price, they sat there forever.  Man, if I only knew then what I know now.

it's amazing that jordan's hostility to his "enemies" extends through his shoes

Don't know if it changes your thought process at all, but the Bulls lost to BOTH the Celtics and the Magic when MJ went for 60+. Jordanscored 60+ five times, and the Bulls' record in those games was 2-3, the victories being over the Pistons and Cavaliers.

Jordan Retro 11 and 12 Countdown Pack Back on www.finishline.com

Just got mine - they are completely DS, laces aren't undone or anything. My box is even in really good shape - you can tell it's been on and off ofshelves, but no dents, scratches, or euro labels. I'm impressed.

    The Sandman wearing X's

Shane McMahon has rocked III's in the ring many times. Other wrestlers have worn athletic shoes - John Cena, Insane Clown Posse (back in their WCW days) - may have worn J's at some point. Hollywood Hulk Hoganeven wore Reebok Iverson DMX's during his nWo time.

Jordan Retro 11 and 12 Countdown Pack Back on www.finishline.com

In this situation, it's not such a big deal - it's 6 months after RD, and everybody's pretty much taking a flyer on them, placing the order, andkeeping their fingers crossed. If they don't come through, no big deal - it's not like we could've gotten them somewhere else. Where I (and...

Jordan Retro 11 and 12 Countdown Pack Back on www.finishline.com

finishline.com is notorious for taking your order, then it will stay "pending" for up to two weeks, and then they'll let you know theycan't fill your order. Most recently, happened to me with the Max Orange Retro I's.

What momment does the DMP2 define????

Great post - couldn't agree more. I'm not as much worried about what they call it or what it "symbolizes" - I just know Ireally, really, really dig V's! Can't wait to cop the AJV Bubbles pack tomorrow!

Can someone hook me up with the original air Jordan XI Concordes advertisement picture

I called the number every time one of those ads came out. For this one, you got a recorded message of a conversation between a Nike tech and Tinker (I think),talking about the features/technology - patent leather, gum rubber, etc. (the XI was really revolutionary). The phone message for the...

Air Jordan 60+ july 09 (no pics)

MJ scored 60+ once in 1985-86 (I's), twice in 1986-87 (II's), once in 1989-90 (V's), and once in 1992-93 (VIII's). Who knows what this thingwill look like . . .
