You can return/exchange items at San Leandro as long as they were purchased at another outlet/store,and not a Clearance store.

Was told the same thing in SF HOH: " This Item can't be ordered in store online"...However, was able to get a price adjusment as I had bought a pair on 3/3 for $99; Got a refund of the $99, then re-puchased at $49.99 :)
