Mine too. Neither Nike chat or phone would let me use the birthday code on the shadows.

What i don’t get is if Nike wants me to spend more money, then why send me reserves for things that i don’t want. I don’t even like most of the air Jordan line anymore and i hey reserved the numbered retros that i would never buy.
