agree...simple solution is to cancel ALL online orders (since the large majority were bots), reschedule, and work out the kinks before you drop them again.

These guys are all full of it. They know exactly what they are doing. There's no way they see that their shoe is going for a 400% mark up in the reselling market and don't think it's logical to get their website ready to fight bots.
