I'm 6'3 205. I don't really have a set schedule, but I eat three meals a day with a few snacks thrown in. i eat a fair amount at each meal, but itreally depends on the day and place as to what i eat.

OP what do really wanna know? Just eating habits, lose/gain weight?

Anyway I eat pretty healthy 6 six days a week. I eat about 5 times a day.

When working I do circuit training and HIIT. Rotating everyday for 5,6 days.

Im 6'2 200 lbs.

Im 6'9 225. I eat about 6 or 7 times a day.

Breakfast : Egg whites, oatmeal, wheat toast.
Snack: Yogurt, nuts, granola
Lunch: Turkey sandwich or grilled chicken and veggies.
Snack: Carrots, nuts, granola.
Pre-workout shake
Post-workout shake + hardboiled eggs
Dinner: Lean meats (turkey, chicken, or fish) and lots of veggies.
Latenight snack: protein bar or nuts

I drink a TON of water throughout the day.

When working I do circuit training and HIIT. Rotating everyday for 5,6 days.

trying to cut down and hope to shed off useless weight, i want to lose 10 more pounds.
And as well, i gym 6 days a week, so i have a slight build.

For anyone wanting to lose weight eat smaller meals throught the day. It builds the metabolism.

OP here's what I ate today for example:

Breakfast: Raisin Bran w/ skim milk. 2 slices wheat toast.
Snack: half cup of blueberries
Lunch: probably tuna fish of wheat

I'm 6'0", 172.

I eat 4-5 times a day.

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken salad
Snack: Watermelon/banana/apple
Dinner: Fish or vegetarian chicken with some sort of salad or plain spinach
Snack: Cottage cheese

That's my typical diet, throw in some eggs on the weekend.

I eat 3 times a day......Toasters studel or donuts and mild or cereal

Lunch----At work ill either eat a hot dog from 711....Or a marie callenders microwavable meal or leftovers

ill also eat some ding dongs or chips between lunch and getting off work.

Dinner........Usually something home cooked, nothing the same everyday.

Im not fat by any means.............But i dont really eat healthy if thats what you are looking at............I just eat what i want when i want.......we areall going to die one day and it wont have anything to do with weight or what you ate, might as well east whatever (Without overdoing it of course)

I'm in good shape already, but I'm worried that if I eat like that, I'd lose mad weight and look like Christain Bale in "TheMachinist". Just wanted to see if guys who eat like that still maintain their weight, whilst working out and playing sports.

Plus: I keep hearing that people who eat less live longer and are healthier (?)

The main thing with that is to make sure you keep up your caloric intake. Switch to healthier foods, but make sure you maintain the sameintake..which means youll just have to eat bigger portions or eat more often.

I started a diet on April 6th of this year. When I started I was 250 lbs (6 ft 2 in BTW). Fastforward today I weight 210 lbs. I basically shed the weight byeating 6-9 times a day and drinking 10-15 glasses of water. I do cardio 6 or 7 days a week for 45 mins to an hour. I only eat lean meats, fruits, andveggies. I cut out bread and anything fried or processed. I just turned 30 a month ago, and I look and feel better than I did in High School.

Befor and After Pics? (NH) It would probably motivate a lot of people on here who wanna lose weight...
