What's your eating routine? How often do you eat per day, what do you usually eat?
When working I do circuit training and HIIT. Rotating everyday for 5,6 days.

Lunch----At work ill either eat a hot dog from 711....Or a marie callenders microwavable meal or leftovers
ill also eat some ding dongs or chips between lunch and getting off work.
Dinner........Usually something home cooked, nothing the same everyday.
Im not fat by any means.............But i dont really eat healthy if thats what you are looking at............I just eat what i want when i want.......we are all going to die one day and it wont have anything to do with weight or what you ate, might as well east whatever (Without overdoing it of course)
I'm in good shape already, but I'm worried that if I eat like that, I'd lose mad weight and look like Christain Bale in "TheMachinist". Just wanted to see if guys who eat like that still maintain their weight, whilst working out and playing sports.Originally Posted by krazy88s

OP here's what I ate today for example:
Breakfast: Raisin Bran w/ skim milk. 2 slices wheat toast.
Snack: half cup of blueberries
Lunch: probably tuna fish of wheat
The main thing with that is to make sure you keep up your caloric intake. Switch to healthier foods, but make sure you maintain the sameintake..which means youll just have to eat bigger portions or eat more often.Originally Posted by OGbobbyjohnson773

I started a diet on April 6th of this year. When I started I was 250 lbs (6 ft 2 in BTW). Fastforward today I weight 210 lbs. I basically shed the weight by eating 6-9 times a day and drinking 10-15 glasses of water. I do cardio 6 or 7 days a week for 45 mins to an hour. I only eat lean meats, fruits, and veggies. I cut out bread and anything fried or processed. I just turned 30 a month ago, and I look and feel better than I did in High School.
