So I was expecting my package from Karmaloop today.
Turns out UPS dropped it off to USPS to complete delivery (w tee f).
I track it on USPS website and it says "returned to sender due to incomplete address"
I call Karmaloop and verify my address is correct yet they tell me since the package has been returned to sender they will either have to refund my money or give me store credit + 20% off. I told them to resend it and they said they can't resend the package since they are moving their warehouse and that they're going to restock the items.
