Just getting back from vacation and I come home to these beauties. The quality of leather hasn't been this good on a 1 since the '94 retros (imo).

Yup, why not just spend the money online, if people are coming from different cities/towns it's a different story.

I think it has to do with the thrill of actually having to do some serious leg work to get a pair of shoes that you want. For instance, I actually like not having a pair of shoes easily accessible. I can basically get whatever shoe I want (except my kobes 

) with absolutely zero hassle, but with these its a different story. IDK, it kinda makes me appreciate having them that much more

you're right..i feel exactly the same..i cherish the shoes that i've put in those long hours camping out for,than the ones that i jus walk into a footlocker & cop or even the ones i pay the crazy reseller prices..each of my shoes thats caused me the most hassle hold a certain or significant memory in my life whether its just standing out in the cold with the homies smoking or racing thru the mall to get to the first shoe store you see

exactly man, its all part of the hunt...nowadays kids expect the phone call/ online cop....get out of your house and put in work....thats how it should have always stayed.

they look great in the pics. the leather looks like the same leather on the recent blk/shadow grey 1's, can anybody confirm if it is the same leather or not? cant wait to have them in my hands, and these will be rocked even if i cant double up.

i have the blk/shadow gray 1's the leather looks better than those IMO

You are correct, sir.  I'll be there nice and early.  Still haven't gotten any info on limits for pairs, though.
