These were originally made to play ball in so what’s the issue? I get that some retros aren’t made with the same original quality but these apparently are.

I have the WL 82 and 96 and don't find them comfortable to walk in.

Most jordans are clunky to me. I like the lightest shoes for hooping. Id wear running shoes when coach would let me. Im 5 11 so I never had as much issue with ankle roll and hated the restriction of high tops.
Id also say retro j's havent really evolved for basketball where as other shoes have. I think nike knows most people are buying them for looks at this point and thats where their effort goes. I mean chuck taylors were made for hooping and I cant imagine playing in them, I can barely walk in them.
Im not part of the camp saying omg ur balling in j's wtf but I still dont think theyre the best in 2019. If I had to pick a jordan for basketball it would probably be 7's, they fit my feet well and dont seem as bulky as some other j's.

Don't own Concords and do not plan to. Doubt these can be much more comfortable.

I think I am gonna hold off on wearing these until late spring/summer, especially since as of late I've been wearing my concord lows as one of my beaters.

Dislike to be the one but.... Why chance the fact when you're not knowledgeable enough the depict real from fake... I mean these are DS, brand new right so did a receipt come with them? Don't understand why you would buy first then ask questions later...
Too many fakes going around and with JB quality these days fakes blend right in. If you don't hit on release day or a restock everything seems to be questionable bro...

Just a heads up, the curve at the rear heal section of the midsole looks a bit flat. Normally, it's a sharp curve. Check in good lighting.

Played about 25 hours in them so far. Absolutely fantastic on court. Traction is killer, these stick like glue. It’s awesome to have real Patent back on the 11s!
How do you keep the white so clean? I imagine getting stepped on will stain it bad

i wanted to but they do require a lot of break in time for me and it still hurts, dunno why
agree, they are super stiff, more so than the concords or the space jams for some reason.

I like how they can get the asymmetrical cut of the patent around the toe box right on the damn golf shoes but still not right on the actual 11s they release to the public LOL
