Filing like, with sandpaper or something? I think im gonna try that hair dryer thing first, you think i should remove that coat of vaseline before i expose the shoe to heat?

Well I would otherwise you are just going to heat the Vaseline. As far as filing goes, I rub my shoes soles outdoors on rough concrete to create enough heat to soften the rubber. What I noticed also that when I'm disinfecting my shoes soles with cavi wipes, they become sticky. Warning though, cavi wipes are also corrosive so trend carefully as not to ruin the shoe.

Released pair is pretty much translucent.....there are a few different PEs for the team though and some had solid outsoles I believe

There's a low and high

I think the low is translucent carolina blue

Then you might have the China version that is XDR solid

I ordered a pair of highs off GOAT. The pic has solid soles and I assumed it was a XDR version but I wanted to check in.

there were 2 versions but I believe I had only seen the translucent ones. I was debating on getting those but opted for the Black Cats instead.

Got my 32 UNC's in. They have solid soles that look to be xd. There isn't a Tarheel logo on the tongue tho, wing logo on both tongues. Should I be sketched out about them?

The 32 was weird. A bunch of releases that never officially released ended up all over eBay. These look legit although I don’t remember them. I remember the Gatorade highs and the army looking pair all over eBay after all the 32s were done. Not to mention a couple others

I'm pretty sure these were just an Asian release. Asian releases usually don't get the icy soles either. The box says imported from Nike Philippines. Just a little weird is all.

Asia pretty much get all the call colorway releases. not sure why NA can't do that.

I don't **** with XXXIIs the same way I did with the XXXIs obviously, but I do like them. I think I have 5 pairs maybe? 1-2 more I'd like to track down. These were both picked up fairly recently. The Veterans Day pair I think only dropped in Canada and then the other pair I don't have much info on, I think it's supposed to be like a Cancer Awareness/Kay Yow type PE that was given to NBA players. The sole is pink-ish (bordering on Infrared) and purple, kind of like the Kay Yow Kobe 5s that players wore this year.

Veteran pair dropped at my Nike outlet in PA couple yrs ago, I believe was $90
